What we collect

When you use the invoice generator, the business, client, and line-item details you type are used only to render your live preview and final PDF. Free Basic invoices are not written to our order database. If you choose a premium export and provide an email address at checkout, we use it to send you a receipt and a copy of your PDF.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly and securely.

How long we keep data

Premium invoice data tied to a completed order may be retained so we can resend your PDF or resolve a payment issue. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

We use minimal session storage in your browser to carry your invoice draft between the generator and checkout. We also assign an anonymous browser identifier and record basic product events, such as page visits, preview creation, downloads, and checkout starts. This helps us find broken steps and improve the generator. We do not use advertising cookies or sell this activity.
