Is the Basic invoice PDF free?
Yes. The Basic template downloads as a clean PDF with no watermark. Free: 3 PDFs every 24 hours. There is no account, email, card, or subscription. The limit is a rolling 24 hours: a slot opens 24 hours after the download that used it, not at midnight. The page shows how many downloads you have left before you click. The fourth download in that window is refused. Professional and Modern layouts remain available for a one-time $4.99.
What does the $4.99 export include?
For a one-time $4.99 payment you can export the Professional or Modern layout. That purchase is one alternate drawing of the same invoice. It does not add a saved customer list or a subscription. You can optionally receive the PDF by email.
Can I add tax, discounts, shipping, and payments?
Yes. SwiftInvoicer calculates tax, discounts, shipping, the amount already paid, the total, and the remaining balance. A tax rate above 50% is rejected with an error. It is not silently lowered.
Can I use my own logo and currency?
Yes. Add a JPG or PNG logo and choose USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, JPY, or INR.
Do I need to create an account?
No. The generator works without registration. A free download is not written to the order database. A paid checkout stores the invoice so the PDF can be rebuilt after payment.
